Meet Herbert!

​

Herbert is a 2-year-old goofball with the sweetest soul and the biggest heart. At around 27 lbs, he’s a sturdy, happy guy who brings joy everywhere he goes. He’s curious about the world, easygoing by nature, and always ready to share his big puppy-dog eyes with anyone willing to give him love.

​

Herbert is friendly with other dogs, walks well on leash, and sleeps peacefully through the night in his crate. During the day, he’s perfectly content hanging out in his crate and relaxing near his people. He’s also house trained and very food motivated, which makes him eager to learn and a fun dog to work with.

He’s still settling in, but one thing is clear — this boy loves to move! Herbert would thrive in a home that can give him daily exercise, room to stretch his legs, and plenty of adventures.

He’s not a delicate little guy either… more like a lovable bull in a china shop Full of enthusiasm, personality, and goofy charm. Despite his energy, Herbert has been a very good boy in the home and hasn’t shown interest in chewing shoes or getting into things.
