Meet Maple!

Maple is a beautiful one-year-old cat with grey tabby markings and extraordinary green eyes. She was found living on the streets with her kittens before BFF rescued them and gave them a second chance. Maple was a fabulous momma, and now it’s her turn to find a loving forever home!

Maple is a sweet, gentle girl who needs a patient adopter willing to give her time to settle in and learn that she is safe. She may be shy and easily startled at first, but once she trusts you, she can’t get enough cuddles and pets! She is a true snuggle bug who can be both independent and an affectionate lap cat. In her foster home, Maple loves relaxing by the window and is becoming increasingly comfortable receiving attention from people.

Maple would be happy as the only cat as long as she receives plenty of human companionship. She may also do well with a calm-tempered cat—or possibly a gentle younger cat—with a slow and proper introduction. A quiet home where she can explore at her own pace would help her thrive.

We are looking for a cat-savvy adopter who understands that Maple will need some time to decompress and show her wonderful personality.
